I have booked a table, now what?

If this is your first time vending with us, you will receive a Google form to complete, this is an opportunity for you to tell us a little bit about you: What you sell, Social Media info, Logo (if you have), etc.

I have booked a table, when will I find out the vendor load in information?

We send out vendor information and load in/out instructions approximately 2 to 3 weeks before the show.

I have booked a table, when will I know where my table is?

We announce the vendor layout map approximately 2 to 3 weeks before the show. The vendor layout is published on our website here, and on our IG page.

I have booked a table, however I can no longer make the show.

Please email us as soon as possible, if we can sell your table, we can offer credit for future shows. Depending on how close to the show, the credit will be minus an admin fee.

I have booked a table, what are the rules of Front Row Card Show?

We work very hard on creating organized, professional shows. By booking a vendor table, all vendors agree to these rules.

I have booked a table, I'd like to add a display case.

Display cases are available to rent on our website. Please use the same email associated with your booking. If you use a different email, please follow up with a message to us so we can connect the display case order with your table booking.

I booked a table, however the table has been cancelled, what happened?

It sounds like you or one of your team may have broken one of the vendor rules. Did you pack up early? Were you rude to our team? We might have got a complaint from an attendee. Please feel free to reach out to us for more information.

I booked a table, can I resell it?

No! Reselling of vendor tables is not allowed at Front Row Card Show. If you cannot make the show, simply inform us.

I have booked a table, what do I get?

Each table comes with 2 chairs and a black tablecloth. Each table is 6ft x 2.5ft.  Each table typically has 4 to 6 feet of space behind the table. Each venue is different and subject to change.

I have booked a table, how many vendor badges to I get?

Each table comes with maximum 2 vendor badges.

The show is sold out! Now what?

Our shows sell out really quickly! Please join the wait list as soon as possible. Any cancelled tables are filled  by calling the contacts on the wait list. Wait lists are found on the vendor page.
