TICKET QUESTIONS
- I was given a VIP paper ticket, how do I use it? When you arrive at the show, please join the VIP line. You will then exchange your VIP ticket for a VIP wristband to enter the show.
- Can I buy tickets at the show? Yes, tickets are available online for a discounted rate AND a limited amount of tickets are available at the show for full price.
- Do I need to print off my ticket? No, we will scan your unique QR when you arrive at the registration desk. The QR code can be on your phone or printed.
- What is an Ultimate VIP Pass? It is the ultimate collector experience. It gives you access to EVERY Front Row Card Show for that year. Also, VIP entry - early admission, line skipping privileges - NEVER WAIT IN LINE AGAIN. You will receive a limited edition ULTIMATE VIP badge and lanyard. Each badge is made of brushed aluminum and features VIP cutout letters and unique serial number.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
- What time is the show? Saturday & Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- The least busy time of the show is on Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
SWAG BAG QUESTIONS
- How do I get a swag bag? Free swag bags are given to the first 200 adult attendees each day.
WILL FOOD BE AVAILABLE?
- Will food be available at the show? Yes, concessions will be available through the venue.
WHAT CAN I BRING?
- Can I bring my pet to the show? Our venues do not allow animals into the building except for service animals. Please make sure your service animal is wearing proper ID to identify their role. If your service animal is not wearing any type of ID, you may be stopped by security or our show team.
- Can I bring my own cards to trade or sell to vendors? Yes, many vendors will be there to BUY, SELL, and TRADE. Make sure to ask vendors if they would be interested
- Can I bring a handcart, wagon, oversized stroller, or rolling luggage to the show? For safety reasons, these items are not allowed into the vendor hall, they can become a trip hazard.
- No weapons or firearms are allowed.
FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT
- Is the show family friendly? Yes. Kids 10 and under can participate in our Hobby Hunt. The Hobby Hunt is a scavenger hunt through the vendor hall to collect stickers. Once they’ve completed the scavenger hunt they get to exchange their sticker cards for a prize. Prizes may vary per location and availability.
- Are kids allowed in FREE? Yes, kids 10 and under are free to attend and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
TRADE NIGHT QUESTIONS
- What is Trade Night? Trade Night is an event outside of the vendor hall where attendees and vendors can show off their cards, trade with other collectors and win free prizes! Admission to Trade Night is FREE for show attendees and vendors.
- What time is Trade Night? Saturday evening from 5:00 - 9:00 PM.
ADA QUESTIONS
- ADA Accessibility. All show venues for Front Row Card Show are ADA-compliant facilities. ADA reserved seating will be provided in the lobby and clearly marked. Please contact us directly if you need any further assistance. Additional accessibility information can be found on the individual venues websites.
LOST & FOUND
- Lost & Found. If you lost something during the show please come to the Registration Desk in the front hall to check in with our team. Announcements will also be made in the vendor hall for found items.
- Lost or misplaced event tickets. It is not the responsibility of Front Row Card Show to replace lost, stolen, or forgotten event tickets. Please be responsible with your wristband or VIP ticket.
HOW TO BE A VENDOR AT FRONT ROW CARD SHOW?
- How do I become a vendor? Vendor tables are available on our website under the “Vendors” tab. If you are attending a show, tables for the next show at that location will be available online the Wednesday after the show concludes.
OTHER INFORMATION
- No Smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes. This is an indoor event. If you are found smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes you will be asked to leave the event.
- Can I set up a table inside the show or out in the hall? No, only pre-approved vendors can set up inside the show, in the hall, or directly outside.
