Vendor Agreement and Rules

VENDOR AGREEMENT & RULES

UPON BOOKING ONE OR MORE TABLES, EACH VENDOR AND THEIR ASSOCIATES/EMPLOYEES AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Each vendor and their associates/employees (“Vendor”) shall act professionally and respectfully. Rude or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.  Front Row Card Show is for collectors of all ages, and it should be a friendly and safe event for everyone.  

  2. Vendors must abide by all laws, Venue rules and reasonable instructions from Venue employees and Front Row Card Show. Front Row Card Show is not responsible for any Vendor’s actions.

  3. Vendors CANNOT sublet their tables without pre approval from Front Row Card Show in writing (minimum 14 days before the show). Any sublet tables are subject to cancellation.

  4. Vendors must check in at the registration table on Friday between 4:00 PM & 7:00 PM OR on Saturday between 7:00 AM & 9:15 AM. 

  5. ALL VENDORS must show photo ID at vendor check in.

  6. Vendors must wear a vendor badge. Only vendors can have a vendor badge. 

  7. Vendors must be ready for customers by 9:30 AM on both days. Vendors must remain open and not begin breaking down until 5:00 PM on both days. Any empty vendor tables due to late arrival, no show or lack of products, will be filled and sold at 10:00 AM on Saturday. The vendor will lose their table, receive no credit and potentially be banned from future shows.

  8. Vendors are required to follow state and local laws regarding sales tax and business licensing.

  9. Vendor fees are non-refundable. Vendors who cancel more than 30 days in advance will be given full credit for a future show. Vendors who cancel less than 30 days in advance will be given credit for a future show minus a $50 administration fee per table. Vendors who cancel less than 7 days in advance will be given credit for a future show minus $75 administration fee per table. All cancellation requests must be communicated via email. If a Vendor does not communicate or does not show up for the show, there will be no credit issued, and the Vendor may be banned from future shows. Credit expires after nine months. Refunds issued at our discretion. *Credit will only be issued if the tables can be resold.

  10. Vendors must have appropriate products at the sole discretion of Front Row Card Show. Vendors cannot sell food or beverages. Any vendor caught selling counterfeit, stolen, proxy, unlicensed products or products that have been tampered with will be permanently banned. 

  11. Artist Vendors: Artist tables are for ORIGINAL ARTISTS ONLY - comic book, anime, sports, pop culture and other appropriate art only. All 3D printed products must be original and approved by Front Row Card Show in advance

  12. Vendors cannot move or adjust any table placing without permission. Vendors cannot block or obstruct fire doors and exits. Vendors cannot move, swap or trade table locations.

  13. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Front Row Card Show, its affiliates and the Venue harmless against any and all claims for damages, liabilities, theft or other costs or losses caused by Vendor or any person. 

  14. Vendors may not use speakers without the consent of Front Row Card Show. Vendors may not engage in any activities that are disruptive to attendees, other Vendors or the event. 

  15. Gambling, games of chance and spinning wheels are prohibited.

  16. No firearms or weapons are allowed.

  17. All Vendor displays must be reasonable in size, appearance and content. Displays may not obstruct attendees, other Vendors or exits without approval of Front Row Card Show.

  18. Vendors and Front Row Card Show will promote one another and strive for a successful event.


Vendors who choose to not follow the above rules may lose the 

opportunity to be a vendor at Front Row Card Show.
