Pasadena Show Date Change February 2025

Show Postponement Announcement: New Dates Due to California Wildfires

Dear Event Attendees, Vendors, and Supporters,

We hope this message finds you safe. Due to the ongoing impact of the wildfires in California, we are writing to inform you that our event originally scheduled for February 1-2, 2025, at the Pasadena Convention Center will now take place on March 29-30, 2025.

As many of you know, the Pasadena Convention Center is currently serving as an evacuation center managed by the American Red Cross, providing much-needed shelter and support to those affected by the devastating wildfires in the region. In light of these critical circumstances, the decision has been made to postpone our event to ensure that the space is available for emergency operations and to allow the community the time and resources necessary for recovery.

Why the Change?

Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of everyone involved — from attendees and speakers to staff and exhibitors. While we were excited to host our event in February, the importance of assisting with the relief efforts takes precedence. The Pasadena Convention Center has graciously opened its doors to support evacuation operations, and we fully support the role they are playing during this challenging time.

New Event Dates: March 29-30, 2025

We are pleased to confirm that the event will now be held on March 29-30, 2025, at the Pasadena Convention Center. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to reschedule the event under more favorable circumstances. We are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for all attendees, and we are confident that the new dates will allow us to do just that.

What Does This Mean for You?

If you have already registered for the event as a vendor, you will have received an email from us with details on how to move your vendor booking from February to the March show.

If you are a ticket holder, you will receive a full refund.

Support for California Wildfire Relief Efforts

We also want to take this opportunity to express our solidarity with the individuals and families affected by the wildfires in California. The recovery process will take time, and we encourage all those who are able to contribute in any way — whether through donations, volunteering, or other forms of support.

Stay Safe and Thank You for Your Understanding

While we wish we could proceed with the original dates, the health and safety of our community come first. We look forward to seeing you in March.

In the meantime, our thoughts are with all those affected by the wildfires, and we hope for a swift and safe recovery for everyone.

Stay safe, stay strong, and thank you for your patience.

Sincerely,
Dan, Angela, Evanne and Reanna
